I grew up in Greenville, TX about an hour away from DFW.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I love film and television, so I spend a lot of time watching multiple TV series and films. I love to discuss with those that love film as much as I do! I love learning from other cultures and learning new things. My husband and I love exploring the city together and discovering local businesses to support. We also love when we discover something to learn together like cooking or painting! I love music and I love spending time with my husband and our pets. Quality time is very important to me, so I continue developing my relationships with my husband and my many close friends and family.

What do you enjoy the most about your career?
I love creating something unique for each of my couples, and I love developing relationships with each of my couples and their families! It’s incredible when I develop such a strong bond with a couple. Especially when many of those couples come back to work with me to capture portraits with their babies or any other big milestones! I love capturing the uniqueness of a moment and the love between two people, it’s beautiful and so tangible! But love, it’s not just between my couple but their families but especially their parents! A lot of the times, tears are inevitable and sometimes I even share in some of those tears with them! It’s beautiful!
How has your SWP experience benefited you?
I became part of the SWP family almost 8 months ago, and it’s been amazing being a part of such a loving and accepting group of wedding vendors! Many I have had the privilege to work with already during my photography career, so many of those faces were already familiar to me. It’s been an incredible learning experience, specifically, seminars have given me tools to apply to my own business. I can’t wait to continue learning and collaborating with the many incredible wedding and event vendors in this group and I truly appreciate those who have reach out to me to get to know me and to help me continue growing my business.
