    SWP Member Early Bird Registration - $30, until Dec 5, 2025

    Non-Member and Guest Registration - $40, until Dec 5, 2025

    Late Registration & Walk-ins Day of The Event - $50

    Please RSVP by the MONDAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT, so we can provide the host facility with an accurate head count to make sure we have plenty of space and food/beverage.

    Each registrant must register themselves.
